Bio

Prior to 2005, Lieutenant Prichard served eight years as a Special Agent with U.S. ARMY Intelligence and Security Command. While in the service, he held the rank of Staff Sergeant (E-6) and served in operations in Bosnia, Kuwait, Uzbekistan and Afghanistan.  Lieutenant Prichard left the service with over 22 ribbons and commendations.

Lieutenant Prichard has received the Kendall County Sheriff's Office Deputy of the Year award (2005) and is also the recipient of the Law Enforcement Gold Medal Award from the Veterans of Foreign War Department of Texas (2005).

In addition to his normal duties, Lieutenant Prichard also commands the Honor Guard and is a certified instructor for firearms and crisis intervention.  Lieutenant Prichard currently holds his Advanced Peace Officer Certification from the State of Texas.  In addition he has earned an Associate’s Degree in Criminal Justice and is pursuing a Bachelor’s Degree in Public Administration.
