Patrol Division
The Kendall County Sheriff's Office Patrol Division provides 24 hour service by covering approximately 663 square miles of rolling hill country terrain in south central Texas, thirty miles northwest of San Antonio along interstate 10 and is responsible for the protection of lives and property in all of unincorporated Kendall County.
A patrol deputy is responsible for investigating all types of criminal activity, making required comprehensive reports and filing appropriate charges in an attempt to deter criminal activity. They also apprehend violators and target potential hazardous activities and areas for enhanced enforcement efforts. Patrol deputies respond to and investigate traffic accidents and issue citations in an attempt to make our roadways safer for the public.
