School Time

It's School time again and as we all know this brings new challenges to our youth, while at school and their travels to and from school.
Drivers should always be aware of their surroundings at all times, but especially in the posted school zones. Please obey all of the posted speed limit signs in the zones and remember, it is now against the law to be operating a cell phone while traveling in a marked school zone.
As parents or mentors, we should be making our children aware of Bullying. This is when someone uses His or Her strength or "Power" to control someone else. Sometimes this happens when someone hurts or scares another person on purpose, and the person being bullied has a hard time defending Himself or Herself. Usually, bullying happens over and over.

It's all of our job to keep our children safe out there, so lets do our part.
